Every house is home to someone, and no two clients are the same. With a market in constant flux and an escrow process adding dozens of fingerprints along the way, each transaction has a singular composition. Above all, housing choices are deeply personal, with emotional and practical considerations that cannot be overlooked. My role is to study the unique interests of my clients in order to put them in the strongest negotiating position possible, make the process as smooth as it can be, and get buyers and sellers where they need to be - ON TIME. I believe it's the best job a guy could ever hope to have.
Born in Phoenix and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington before joining the Windermere family in the 90's. Today, my wife and business partner, Kerry, makes every day special at home and at work on the west coast. Together and whenever possible with our grown-up kids, we spend our free time on the things we enjoy most: Extended Family, Athletics & Travel.

She provides enthusiastic and excellent service to clients and works professionally with cooperating agents to ensure deals are put together smoothly and efficiently.
When she’s not working, Windy can be found with her sneakers hitting the pavement as she nurtures her love of running. Fun fact: Windy has a huge hankering for travel and dreams of one day swimming with sharks and going on a safari. Her sunny disposition and love of garden gnomes only further enhances the quality of her service!
